I paid online and upon arrival they say they did not receive the payment and asked me to pay again and they will refund the first payment when they get it. i had no choice because it was imposible to find an alternative immediately. Its three weeks now and no refund yet, they are crooks I wonder how copme they still hold their licence despite numerous complaints I found against them on the web.
