The annual New Delhi World Book fair is one of the biggest events on the calendars of reading enthusiasts. And this time, it is bigger and better. The theme for this year is ‘Manushi’ – writings by and about women.
The bibliophile heaven is already enthralling its visitors with lots of new books. This year, there is also a dedicated Author’s Corner for literary talks as well as a Children’s Pavillion.
All your favourite publishers are at the fair with their entire repertoire – right from Hachette, Pan Macmillan and Om Books. Those interested in academic books also have a wide variety to choose from.
Our suggestion would be to carry a huge bag with you to grab all the books on your wishlist. A lot of bestsellers are available at throwaway prices.
Even if you do not plan on buying anything, the immense variety will definitely inspire you to. There is something for everyone at the World Book Fair.
